Accounting & Bookkeeping Services
We provide accounting support, bookkeeping services, financial record organization, reconciliations, and reporting to assist businesses in maintaining accurate financial records.
Payroll Support Services
We offer payroll processing support, payroll reporting assistance, and related administrative services to help businesses manage payroll obligations.
Immigration Document Preparation Assistance
We provide assistance with preparing and organizing immigration forms and supporting documentation.

3. Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information and documentation. We rely entirely on the information you provide when performing Services.
Timely Submission
You agree to submit all requested documents and information promptly. Delays may result in missed deadlines, penalties, or additional fees for which we are not responsible.
Review and Approval
You are responsible for reviewing all prepared documents, including tax returns and immigration forms, before approval and submission. Your approval confirms acceptance of accuracy and completeness.
Cooperation
You agree to cooperate with us by attending scheduled appointments and responding to requests for information in a timely manner.
4. Fees and Payment
Service Fees
Fees for Services will be communicated in advance through an engagement letter, service agreement, invoice, or written communication.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, methods, and due dates will be outlined prior to service delivery. Payment is required as specified.
Late Payments
Late or unpaid balances may result in service delays, suspension of Services, or additional charges as permitted by law.
Non-Refundable Fees
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees for services rendered are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability
No Legal Advice
We do not provide legal advice. Our liability for immigration document preparation assistance is limited solely to administrative errors in document preparation based on client-provided information.
Client-Provided Information
We are not responsible for errors, penalties, interest, delays, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information provided by the client.
Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vari Solutions Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vari Solutions Group, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or provision of inaccurate information.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasonable business reasons. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
